Accuracy stems from the use of one piece mould without joint line which gives rise to component shape that is aesthetic and uniform.

Versatility extends to choice materials since virtually all alloys can be investment cast, many of these being extremely difficult to shape and form by alternative methods.

Casting integrity is an important feature of the process and has a long history of serving the most demanding sectors of industry; e.g. aircraft and defense components.

FINISH

The high degree of dimensional accuracy and excellent surface finish minimizes the requirements for machining and in some cases eliminating it entirely.
